It's not that bad buys, this only stops people who are not residents of Florida from using their Florida CCP in PA, residents of Florida and those with dual residency can still use their Florida CCP. Why not just apply for a non-resident LTC, I did a few years ago and due to be renewed in September. Called the Clarke co. Sheriff, and he told me how to renew this year. I do have an Ohio CHL. No problem!

I got a PA non resident Ccw. I wonder if that is still honored. Erie Pa is only an hours drive from me, so I crossed the border into PA one day and got my PA non resident.
