We went with these guys: http://www.yelp.com/biz/excel-inspections-austin-2 http://www.excelinspects.com/ They were awesome. Very thorough. The report they gave us was full of images and explanations for everything noted in minute detail. They explained what they thought needed to be handled immediately and what could likely be ignored or put off until a later date. I really can't recommend these guys highly enough.
