I'm a personal trainer and about to take my dietitian exam. I continuously try to correct my lower back imbalance and tightness. Massages and soft tissue work is great for me. I integrate boxing mitt work into my workouts (not a pro boxer, but know the fundamentals) . I'd love to trade some sessions for some massages! Once or twice a week or so. I train out of Prana gym right north of exempla. I also provide in-home training. I have a lot of morning mid afternoon availability. Where would massages take place? No Excuses Fit Club at centaur village drive and s boulder road has HIIT as well as boxing. Not sure about fees now. My husband have been members for 3 years now.
