Yes, listen to Michelle,most docs don't even acknowledge adrenal fatigue as a ailment. It all starts real food, giving your body what it needs. I have struggled with this for years recently turning to Dr. Mark Hyman and other inspired folks. I also do bio-indenticle hormones for sleep issues.
