Well Stacy Van Der Merwe . The feeling is really mutual . You have made it very difficult for us to try and deal with you as a customer . You never answer your phone and when you do it turns out in a very unpleasant conversation with us, expressing your unhappiness because your kid "has a broken bike" This you mentioned to us on several occasions as if we are to blame . The bikes stood at the shop for almost a month because you could not give us the go ahead to do the repairs that needed to be done . Once you got the quote you were already unimpressed with us becasue now you had to pay for a broken bike, giving us the impression that we needed to fix it free of charge . Even this morning when you walked in with yet again another broken dropout hanger on the same bike, you had the audacity to ask me if we are going to charge you again . We are not responsible for damage that gets done to bikes two weeks after they leave our workshop especially not if the damaged was caused by improper shifting or usage of the bike . We have tried the friendly approach with you on several occasions, on the day that you decided to eventually collect the bikes,we had a power failure . We could not take any card payments, this was totally out of our control . You were unhappy and understandably so . Again I apologize profusely for this inconvenience . This was at 12:25 and you left to Crowthorne shopping centre to draw the cash . We close at 13:00 hours . We waited till 13:30 when our landline rang with yourself at the other end of the line . You told us that you were on your way to collect the bikes . We waited for you till after 14:00 pm. From our side we have tried to accommodate you as far as we could but you have made it very difficult for us to have any friendly conversations with you so that we may explain why you are having problems with the bike .
