Daphne, my aunt is the Italian lady behind shop rite, Netcong. 973.347.6434. She does great work, reasonably priced.

There is a place on Morris Ave. right across from the Morristown Post Office. I think it is Morristown Tailors. It used to be a family owned business bu 2 brothers from Italy. They sold to 2 ladies from South America but one of the brothers stayed on. It still is a great place and reasonable.
