Hotel Old Harbour in Fort Kochi and Camp Noel in Munnar, just read their trip advisor reviews, you won't find such places.

Prague: Apartment Parizska Ulice. I booked via Booking.com as had some card issues with Air BnB. Payment by cash on arrival. However the place does not have ac. We didn't need it anyway as it was quite cool. But so your research before Athens: Hotel Astor, again via booking.com. This is not a swanky or fancy property. But the location is everything. Walking distance from where the airport bus will drop you Santorini there are bnb options but in Thira, not Oia. We did a bit of a splurge for Oia and booked the 1864 Sea Captains place. Cannot be a better place to stay

The Beinnale is mostly around Fort Kochi area so you want to ideally stay around there. Le Colonial and Green Woods-Bethlehem are two clean, safe and reasonable hotels. If you are on a tight budget then check airbnb.com.
