It might be more cost effective to use a payment service such as [Amazon Flexible Payment Service](http://aws.amazon.com/fps/), [ChedderGetter](https://cheddargetter.com/), or [Chargify](http://chargify.com/). Each of these services has a different pricing model, so you'll need to do some research. They allow your customers to purchases through your site, then are sent to their API. The main advantage, IMO, is these services handle PCI compliance regulations (a pita and liability).

Samantha Mullen Yes SpaBooker is better in terms of payment processing for sure! We have been able to get in touch with Customer Service but like any outage they basically tell you when it is up it is up. You can see information on the facebook page and the status page: http://www.booker.com/status
