First step is to see your GP. I've heard good things about a Dr Kane and a Dr Scott Ingram. You can check the medicare item number online to find out what the scheduled fee is (not much usually). You need to expect between 5 and 10 k out of pocket. You will need to pay up front before you get any money back though.
