Multivitamin? Fish oil? I just saw my endocrinologist today and she said I needed to start taking a multivitamin and fish oil. Do you recommend any?

I take Nordic Naturals Cod Liver oil capsules for my fish oil. I buy them at Vitacost.com because they run sales frequently.

if you can find oil with peppermint or lemon the fish breath burps aren't as bad

I've had really good lab results improvements from the Costco brand krill oil.

Omax3 is the best fish oil in my opinion. It's a little expensive but I think it's worth it because of how low in heavy metals it is (or is presumed to be).

I take the fish Gummies. I got them from Target and they are not expensive. They taste way better then they sound and had no fish burps.

I usually use Nordic naturals but right now using Carlson labs D3 4000 with cod liver oil
I need recommendations for a GOOD endocrinologist in the area. I cannot find any who accept my insurance, and if they don't they won't allow me to self pay....
