Broadway Bistro, 3 S Broadway. I have extreme Celiac Disease. Friends took me there recently for my 60 th birthday. VERY gluten-free friendly. Knowledgeable servers. Superbly prepared and presented food. Not too expensive compared with some of the other Nyack eateries. Not 100% gf, but must be low risk of cross contamination because I did not get sick.
