Are you after sublimated printing? If you want the entire shirt to be coloured, that's what you're after. There are a couple of places that do it, but the one I use is called Mad Dog Promotions. There's a setup cost, so if you're ordering more shirts then your cost per shirt will go down, but $50-70 is pretty reasonable http://www.maddogprint.com.au/ This is the kind of thing you get with a sublimated shirt:

Camera Electronic have a bit of stuff - quick release plate OK, rails maybe. Camera House in Freo have 2 x DSLR kits (1 x shoulder mount with rails, the other I'm not sure about components) and other Cam house stores should have various components. Not cheap, but if you need them soon...

That's right. Bunnings have all sorts of "bits" you could cobble together if need be. The "Cash Convertors" store in Freo also had a load of skateboard wheels a while back for $5 a pair. Give them a call - might still have them. Good luck with it all.
