    Roz Trosley of Swarthmore teaches in multiple locations, including the Ridley Sports Club (a great gym for classes!) on Tues/Thur mornings. There's also a Pilates studio in Swarthmore. Please check out Lisa Grant's new SARVA YOGA studio across from Smedley Park: www.sarva-yoga.com ($30 for 30 days of yoga special; great heated power yoga classes included!).
