I don't know why they don't list as being nut-free. It seems as if their website has been updated since I've been to it last. I would recommend talking to them to make sure they are still nut-free...if you are interested. I know they have egg-free and milk-free options, too. I find it to be too risky. You truly are just better off making it from scratch. There is no what if? Involved. There are some really great easy recipes on allrecipes.com
