Paul Somerville (he is the other doc with Dr James) he is so good that I continued to have him as my doc while I lived out of state for 5 years. I've also seen Dr James due to vacation schedule and he was unsuccessful in a correct diagnosis. I followed up with Somerville and he nailed the diagnosis. He is a brilliant diagnostician!
