Umm, it says PLL Multiplex Circuit. Other than that, I don't see anything on the front. I can look in the back.

Electronics may not be specialized enough for this, but it's certainly worth a shot - it appears the two common failures of this series is either A: the belt that drives the turntable, or B: the needle wearing out and skipping. There appears to be multiple different needle cartridge types that it *COULD* be (varco, tetrad), and without knowing which one it actually is, it's hard to say which one you should get. *laugh* I'm rather new to the area so I'm not sure if there's any shop on kitsap that specializes in this, but Turntable Treasures (turntabletreasures.com) in Tacoma may be able to help, or steer you in the right direction.
