We are fixed! This stuff is craziness. Apparently, we didn't change our furnace filter recently (the last time is vague, but I do remember doing it at least once since I've lived here 6 years). It was causing it to shut off because it was overheating something or rather. Dynamic HVAC has redeemed themselves. Very nice man was so polite (even before I paid him!) Ha!

TACO MUNCH This delicious snack can be addictive! Ingredients: 6 cups popped, unsalted popcorn 3 cups toasted corn cereal squares 1 cup mini-pretzels 2 tbsp. butter, melted 2 to 3 tsp. dry taco seasoning 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 4 oz. cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes Combine popcorn, cereal and pretzels in a large bowl. Combine butter and taco seasoning and drizzle this over popcorn mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and toss to coat. Store in an airtight container. Toss with cheddar cheese just before serving. I used to belong to Angie's list, but wasn't real thrilled with having to spend a monthly fee to belong. Check out Yelp.com for recommendations. I usually look at the top rated service people with several entries (not just a handful). Let them know you found them on yelp - good businesses these days don't want to risk a bad review.
