Definitely Phoenix Tattoo in Mount Pearl. I just had my bellybutton done a couple weeks ago, and before deciding where to get it done my very experienced (and very pierced) friend who was visiting me from Ontario went around to all the piercing shops in town and decided on this one. Tim is a certified professional piercer and he uses implantation-grade surgical steel- the only shop in town that could say that. I would definitely and highly recommend him.
