Smiley Wydell Elmore Jr. Not sure why it is not tagging him but he trains at the fitness center in Pratville. I've never personally used him but know others who have. Good reviews on him!

I've seen people train with smiley at anytime fitness Lindsey Marie Rolls & he works with them well, is motivating & he is so nice. All of his clients turn out looking good.

Matthew Tavaglione Rose Guthrie-Tavaglione are the owners of fuel fitness I think they also do some personal training there is a fb page just look for fuel fitness, its the best!

The old mix-your-own recipe is to use one part Canadian sphagnum peat moss, one part perlite and one part vermiculite (often called the 1-1-1 mix). We use Jiffy Mix with no fertilizer charge instead of the vermiculite - mainly because that's what we can get.
