The Anytime Fitness’s around should have all you need and fit your schedule. The ones in Shreve City, South Bossier, Ellerbe Road and Southern Loop are all ones I’ve been to personally and all have full free weights, squat racks, cardio, and machines.

Calvary Baptist Church has a gym. This includes an indoor walking/running track. They charge $25 per month for 1 person or $40 for a family. They offer exercises classes but those are extra. You would need to call or go by the Family Life Center for more info.
