Spend time on the Arkansas Children's Hospital's website for the Good Mourning Program. Greg Adams is the Director & has a plethora of resources listed the last time I visited. Greg & his staff if very knowledge & eager to share information.
Grief Recovery Institute. Kinda pricey though. 4 days and offered all over the country
