Tall Guy and a Grill did our wedding and was extremely flexible with our tight budget. Throughout the process they were willing to quote us and cut back if it didn’t meet our budget. We had tacos, soup, and chose pie over a traditional wedding cake (we thought it was appropriate given that it was fall) with a coffee service. In addition, we also rented our table linens and ordered our bamboo plateware from them. Edit: I should add that we chose our own menu, which was important for us because we have a mix of vegetarian/vegan and carnivore friends.

Saz's Catering is always a popular catering option. They should have a customizable wedding menu.

Congrats! Ono Kine Grindz (in Tosa) did our wedding! http://www.okgrindz.com They were well priced, incredibly professional and amenable to changes close to the ceremony. They can go either full Hawaiian or more traditional/sit down with a Hawaiian twist. Everyone RAVED about how good the food was! They have a lot of vegetable options as well!

Red Onion Cafe in Racine. They don't advertise it, but are amazing. Had them for mine a few months ago.

We used Chef Jacks out of Waukesha. They were phenomenal. Food was just as delicious as the tasting, they did passed appetizers and did the best job circulating and making sure everyone got a chance at them. Service was outstanding. Pricing was upfront and clear, and they comped champagne glass rentals for us for a new year’s wedding.

Beans and Barley or Bel Air Cantina. Both should have a decent variety of vegetarian options
