I use Dr Lyons by pilot in Springdale. They are awesome. I got Lucy spayed for less than $177. I don't remember exactly how much but I do know they didn't make me chip her if I didn't want to.

Thank you for all the recommendations. We have an appointment with Dr. Davis on Thursday. I really want a vet in Springdale. I did talk to them at Spay Arkansas one time, Aaron Tompkins. They told me that they went by income so I didn't try to make an appointment.

We go to the farm store off MLK in Fayetteville to buy vaccinations, worm medication, etc. All of the people working there are extremely knowledgeable about what is REALLY NEEDED. For example, the guy in there advised me that heart worm medication is really unnecessary unless you live in an area with lots of mosquitoes. He said they've never out their dogs on heart worm preventative. Vaccinations and worming is easy to do yourself. I paid less than $35 for 3 years of worming pills and the 7-in-1 vaccination. I always just do the spring rabies clinic at Springdale Animal Hospital, which costs $15 for the 1-year or $20 for the 3-year. KD can easily give the vaccinations and do the worming.

Sands Chiro in Bentonville only cost 35$ without insurance. Can't remember what my first visit cost but it wasn't that bad.. my insurance doesn't pay much for the chiro so I just pay the $35 and I'm done.:)

I went to a really low cost chiro called The Joint ($20 first visit) & it helped me tremendously! The thing is that the results wear off and you need adjustments kind of often. It's definitely worth a try vs spending an arm & a leg for a doctor's treatment.
