I will stay with them and go to Fenstanton if need be. I feel if I moved to a new surgery, I feel I will have problems requesting meds etc early for my boys. I have no problems with Dr Boukersi either. He is fab with my 3 and so was the locum doctor my daughter saw the other week over in Fenstanton.

Orchard Surgery, near Co-op, Burleigh hill. Dr Tong is brilliant. The longest I had to wait after appointment time is past is 5 minutes.

Orchard are doing great. Dr Tong is a fantastic doctor. They have recently been reassessed by the CQC after some concerns and passed wonderfully. They have great staff and a Patient Participation Group now too

Try Cromwell surgery down the town, been with them 50+ years & they have a good attitude and seem fair.

I too have experienced the odd problem with this surgery. I’ve turned up to a well needed Dr appointment & the Dr didn’t show and the surgery were not certain whether she would show or not as apparently this was a regular issue!! Can be difficult in getting appointments with a female Dr. Appointments moved last minute from St Ives to Fennie. I have to say most recently my involvement with the midwife has been brilliant. I’m aware there are lots of changes with this particular surgery upcoming and talk they are possibly merging with other local surgery’s?? Let’s hope it improves for the better though..
