I have Kool Smiles up here too and was highly recommended not to use them. If you have a good dentist for yourself call them and they might can recommend someone for you. Maybe you can get a referral that your insurance will cover.

We used kids spot and they are out of network for us but my insurance pays in network since we don't have many pedi Dentist here in town and I refused to use Kool Smiles ..

Lucas has Aetna also. We use Dr Glass, he isn't in network but our insurance does pay for most of the cost. I just have to pay a yearly deductible of $50.
