Does anyone know who is THE BEST tattoo artist in Rosarito, Tijuana, or evenTecate? My parents are coming to visit and my dad wants a Tatt while here in Mexico....

Just because I have this terrible habit of never being able to keep my mouth shut... It's easy to avoid disease from tattoo parlors if you have half a brain. Here's all you need to know. 1.) Is the place clean? I mean like spotless clean. 2.) Are piercings done in a separate area or room? 3.) Is the artist wearing a new pair of single-use latex gloves? 4.) Did the needle come out of a sealed pouch that was opened in front of you? 5.) Was the ink dropped into a single use container (as opposed to dipping the gun in ink that may have been from another tattoo) in front of you before the artist began? If you can answer yes to all of those, your risk of infection is beyond minimal. David and Roger make it sound like it's the infection risk equivalent of sleeping with Kid Rock. Also, I like Zoë more every time I see her comment. As far as good places to get a tattoo, I was wondering this myself. I know there is a good place in TJ called https://www.facebook.com/169994489758164 Tia Juana Tattoo, but I've never been there myself (although it comes highly recommended).
