Does anyone have a great GP that they'd recommend? My doctor's office has dropped so many balls recently that I think i need a change.

I have a good GP but he is over 70. Dr. Bertram in Delmar.

I had a great one with Latham Medical Group. Dr. Samantha Ludwig. problem is if shes not available you might get one of the other ones and they are not all that good. Most are not bad though.. just never see the FNP Mance.. She wasn't people friendly

Stacey- What made her good? My doc's office (I've been going for over 20 years) is like a factory. They became part of a larger group- Prime Care Physicians a while back and have been sliding for a long time. They order serious tests and don't get back with results. They've called the wrong prescription in to pharmacy for me, failed to call when blood work turned up a problem (I didn't learn of it until my next sick visit) when I happened to mention that I'd like the results for my records. They hire people at one particular hospital to do rounds so you never see them in hospital and are limited where you can go- the list goes on and on.

I have a primary dr that I see for physicals and in case I ever get sick. He's average. For advice on how to stay well, I consult with my holistic doctor - Ann Tobin in Delmar. . . I don't get sick very often.

I see Dr. Dalzell in Braverman Panza's practice. I have been happy with her. I can get in the same day if I am sick and see the PA who I also like. I don't know if she is accepting new patients. My husband sees Dr. Giuliano. Solo practitioner. He has been very happy with him.
