Werner's Books in Erie - Liberty Plaza. Lori is the owner. Tons of books! Tattered Corners on Chestnut St. in Meadville has tons of books.

Brown's Primitive Scentiments at 108-110 S, Washington St. has a free book section. Usually always an assortment of cookbooks. Books always getting dropped off. Would have to come in and look to see if they were any there you wanted.

And on the SE corner of E First and Central in Oil City., but I don't remember seeing cook books there.
