Yep Brian Delano.... once again we have a government program that sounds good but... almost no one qualifies.. and.. if a Vet wanted to buy a cheap condo in Enfield... well.. most all of the low cost condo developments don't qualify for the VA program and.. most are not FHA approved.. so none of the small down payment low interest.. programs apply either. Great!

Condo Board Members are usually volunteers.. most do not have the time to apply for VA, CHFA & FHA programs and many don't qualify for one reason or another. Your list above is all of the expensive condo developments in Enfield.
