Just went to Wautier Chiropractic in the Village. He will do adjustments either way, back cracking or the activator. Also I think he has a physical therapist on staff. So does Dr. Bruce Turino. I have been to both..

I have been going to Dr. Sarah@Turino's office and am back to running full speed at softball. When I started going I truly could hardly walk because my hips were so twisted that I had pain 24/7. I agree you should follow up with physical therapy afterward to strengthen your problem area, they usually have one in the office. Good luck my friend!

Agreed with Mr. Hicks, Chiropractic is quackery. There is nothing scientific to prove it helps. I'd go see an Orthopedic specialist at an actual clinic.
