There are online support groups. It's clean eating and getting rid of processed foods. The website might have some programs you can purchase. I was in a Facebook group at the time and a bunch of women supported me. This was about 3 years ago. Now I eat clean with a few cheats her and there and I feel great.

500 calories a day you would be in starvation mode. Anyone loses weight but you would also lose muscle and its not healthy because your body needs more than that. If you want pass by our Fitcamp and we have a meal plan that we could discuss that is natural and it is healthy. Our Fitcamp is Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 pm in tequesta trace park. $299 for a month worth of shots. You start seeing results on day #2. 500-cal daily diet which is perfectly doable as long as you take the hunger-suppresant shots, otherwise no way. You can make your own food (options are so limited) or they offer daily menus if interested for extra fee. Dr. DiMecco is a wonderful woman very caring and touching base with her patients everyday to personally coach and motivate them.
