Randall Roofing out of Bloomingdale fixed a hard to fix leak and reroofed the whole house recently. They also steered us on the path to file a claim against the shingle company that supplied the material for my last reroof. It was an allegedly 40 year roof that lasted about 6 years installed by Kovanda. I do not fault them for the product, however at some point they must have learned of the problem and they did not notify customers on whose roofs they used the faulty material. I had to wait for a leak to collapse a bedroom cieling to learn of the issue.
