Hi everyone. OK, here you go. Let me stress, again, though: he is a one man show, no assistant etc. he gets 10,000% bombarded this time of year so (as you will hear in his vm greeting) it will take a few weeks to hear back. I suggest getting the chimney cleaned over the summer next year to avoid the delay/wait...BUT this guy is one of the best HUMANS I have ever met. He has not changed his rate in the 5 years we have used him + all the stuff I already said. Do not be surprised if it takes a month to get a call back. I would email him a FEW times during that time. I know this sounds like a backwards process...but trust me on this. Once Joe has been to your home, you will understand.
