I like Antoines Grill and Provence by Antoine, both are sister restaurants and are in Concord. The grill is more of a steakhouse French bistro, whereas Provence is more of a French brasserie. Both get amazing reviews! I've only eaten at Provence which is easier to get into at short notice - it was awesome.
