Fitness 19 is right there, then there's that one right near Seneca and the 90, I think it's catalyst which is cheap and planet fitness is real cheap but that's in Amherst

I have got brick weights and bench out in barn if you want to work out with me. Got from a NFL guy who made Dolphins back in late 80's taxi squad and then went to 49'ers. Interesting stories about being rookie WR and catching passes from Marino and Rice.

Al you don't know what the inside of a gym looks like, the only gym you know is spelled j-i-m and after it says "steakout"

$10/month and $20/month plans at Planet Fitness on Seneca by Feel Rite. You can sign up and I believe quit anytime but have to quit by letter or in person...If you stay a year, you pay an annual member fee of@$31.00 - you can sign up on line.
