I have a very severe lumber sprain, thankfully no ruptured vertebrae!! It's going to take a little while to heal, but at least I know what I've done and how to care for it! On the bright side.. no hoovering or lifting for a while Chris was fantastic, please do thank your friend who recommended him Miranda Dodwell x x
