Michelle M. asked: Costume Maker Wanted!!! I have come to the conclusion that I am NOT a seamstress…especially on bigger projects... so I need someone who would like to do some sewing work for me on both a steampunk dress/outfit as well as a period gown for pirate balls. I have a lot of the fabric already for both projects so would mainly need to know what you need to know to give me a price :) Drop me a PM if you're interested or know someone who may be.

Melissa L. answered: I am but I am in Florida. If you have good measurements we can do it. If you provide the fab, notions and patterns I will do it for $75 each

Michelle M. answered: A little clarification… I am sure i can find a pattern I like for the period costume… but the steampunk is going to require a little creative work as there isn't a pattern, I just have ideas and materials… so that one will take someone who has the basics fashion construction… and can take some pieces I have and work with me to fabricate them into something new . As for distance… i am fine mailing things back and forth and paying shipping as well as giving measurements or even a poor-woman's dress form (making one out of duct tape
