Veterinarian referrals in Miramar, FL from Mar 13, 2014
Liz V. asked:
Can anyone recommend a good inexpensive veterinarian in the Hialeah/Miami Lakes area?
Marcela C. answered:
Dr. Pausa is AMAZING! He saved my Sassy 2 maybe 3 weeks ago after an ass in Miami Lakes (vet clinic next to the Outback we go to) told me she was dying of Parvovirus. Dr. Pausa is in Hialeah Gardens off of I75 in the McDonalds shopping center where the Publix is at--- Pausa's Animal Clinic 3300 W 84 th St, Hialeah. 305-888-4665. Pausa works with so much love for animals along with his awesome staff. Sassy stayed hospitalized Sat-Mon and I literally got a call twice a day to hear how she was soon. If u decide to go let him know Kaky & Marcela sent u. Mention my Sassy, Schnauzer. Good luck!

I just took my dog to Sunset Vet Hospital with Dr Caballero and they were very nice. 8579 NW 186 st 305 816-9990. My cousins husband used to work there and said he is very honest and good.

Is everything alright?
May S. answered:
My vet is very nice and takes his time explaining the pet's issue with the pet owner. He LOVES animals. He is offering 24 hour emergency so you would call his office number that he transfers to his cell phone. Before he opened up his own clinic he use to make house calls. I've referred several friends to him and they are very happy with him. A few years back, one of my dogs had liver disease and my prior vet kept giving a wrong diagnosis. My current vet correctly diagnosed my dog, and his care extended her life. My friend drives to Hialeah from Davie for her dogs. My vet's name is Jose Diaz and he is located in the shopping center on 12 th avenue and 41 st street in the jiffy lube/little caesar's pizza shopping center. If you decide to go to him, let me know and I will call him and let him know you are my cousin.
Liz V. answered:
Thank you ladies! I will look into them. Joe M. Coto, yea it's just that Lucy's vet office closed & I want her to get these bumps she has checked out but the office they transferred her files to, is too expensive & I didn't trust them. Other than that, Lucy is happy, playing & eating.
Marcela C. answered:
*doing... Oh & great prices. At Miami Lakes they told me $1500 at Pausa I paid $400. It's been a family tradition Grandfather, Father & now Son.
Liz V. answered:
That's exactly where Lucy's files were transferred too - the one in miami lakes that you're talking about. They quoted me the same $1,500 to remove her cyst. Thanks for the info Marcela Collazo. Going to focus on that after this weekend
Marcela C. answered:

Sacha C. answered:
