This is coming from someone who knows and works with each of them. Enid has a good pool of great realtors. You should definitely make it a point to meet with one these four. They are some of the hardest working realtors around. I can barely ever have a conversation with any of them without their phone ringing off the hook! They have the connections, and probably already have a qualified buyer waiting for your home!

Chad F. answered: As far as rental, I would have no problem renting it, probably within a week. Right now I only have one home available, and they just signed the management agreement today. I expect it to be gone by Monday or Tuesday. So rental is no problem.
