Looking for a contractor who's affordable and can give us a quote without charging us 50% of the job price just for the quote. It will require foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing and a roof addition.

Its nice to hear so many folks give free estimates! We've been looking at $40 or more just to get quotes for getting our flooring done and I was worried what a quote for something like this would cost.

You can call josh too, he's pretty busy, but has never charged for estimates. I've never heard of someone charging for an estimate:(
