Anyone know of a good physical therapist? Need fixing before I lose to much work.

My shoulder started acting up again but it got so bad I can't move my neck by the end of the night when I work! I went to the doctor and they said to do light work or not work at all until it heals but I've had this issue awhile so im wondering if I didn't severely damage my muscle already. So now I'm going to bargain with my boss and asking if I can just cut my hours but work, then see if I cant transfer after I hear what the physical therapist says.

Im so nervous how this will all turn out and shes not very sensitive to anything that fucks with work regardless of my shit! I have a doctors note that says stats everything but I have a feeling the outcome wont be good...
