Ring shaun if he can't make it ask theo if she got the number of the guiy that came to us (who hazel had originaly) he was very good ......I got his number somewher but not fully unpacked yet so not to hand!

Rich couldn't be bothered too ring him so dear landlord has actually got a plumber coming over. I have just a thermostat and I have instant hot water. I have turned it right down on the boiler, there's two dials one for rads and one for water, and the thermostat is off but luckily landlord has realised that it's not a job he can fix lol
