Jachima T. asked:
Was searching several of the recommendations on here for primary care doctors. Called several but no appointments in the next week or two available for new patients. Anyone know if Walgreens/CVS does pre-travel consultations and yellow fever vaccinations? I'd prefer to get an appointment with a doctor, especially since I need a primary in the area, but need an alternative to get this vaccination done ASAP.
Kris F. answered:
I agree Bryan Maikowski but now everyone knows our secret.

Try Wee Care for Kids off of Balm Riverview, Dr. Thole. LOVE her office. If you explain the nature of what you need, they may try to squeeze you in or refer you to someone.

I called Bloomingdale Medical Associates and got in the next day I think.
Gina W. answered:
The Health department would be the only alternative option to a primary MD. In fact they may be the best option as some Primary offices may not have the vaccination readily available.
Susan M. answered:
TGMG Brandon they also have a Riverview clinic

Hey jachima, call Dr Noorani again, ask for Sarah. I'll fit you in for next week

Maybe the health department? Otherwise I've heard there are "travel clinics" out there that do this sort of thing.
