Matt T. answered: If you're not opposed to paying for physical therapy, I'd recommend John McKell in Orem. He's well trained in massage therapy techniques too and could probably do a lot to treat your tendinitis.

I was mainly going for something where I could pay someone like 10 bucks to massage it out like once a week or something for like 15 minutes. Icing sucks and I don't want to take a freak ton of anti inflammatories... but looks like I got no other options! Thanks for all of your responses. And Kevin Derek Huefner I'm not a spartan yet I got a long way to go!
