Is it possible to make a key with a chip based on a key without a chip? And also if a piece of my key is broke off in the ignition how can I get it out? ISO locksmith or really good mechanic!

I had a key broken in the ignition and it would still start. I ended up replacing the ignition when I had the money

Look up logans locksmith in brunswick he did a great job same thing happened to us and ues he made us a chipped key

Yeah for that much I might as well replace the ignition... We haven't been able to get the part of the key that's stuck in the ignition out yet.

And Sarah, trust me we have tried and tried and tried to get it to work but the part was broke off before he stuck it in the ignition so we're thinking it not in there right. I wish my car would crank up and run with the pieces put together inside of there.
