Unfortunately, my friend pulled out last minute. So I have the place, but I don't have a roommate anymore. The flat is 1600 a month. It is really immaculate in a gated community with a balcony, a new kitchen, in a quiet area. I would be happy to give any roommate with good references (personal references) a discount of 150 pounds a month. In other words, you would have to pay 650 and I would would pay 950. But you would have to sign a contract with the agency (there are no fees and heating bills are low because of solar panel). The flat is available immediately but if you don't need it until a few weeks from now, I can handle that. If you know anybody interested, please spread the word.
