I know a great clinical massage therapist in burgess hill - she is amazing and great at relieving pain. Very highly qualified. Bens surgeon said that chiros/osteo often do more harm then good. I will give you her details later xxx

I thought your neck looked stiff, poor you hun Have you tried a hot flannel compress, that may help relieve it a bit. I was going to say the same re chiro just be careful as they can make it worse. The Perrymount is good though, used them with Ayla for osteo. Hope you feel better xx
