He did an excellent job and very reasonable. He came back a few mos. later and sprayed for free when they saw ants even though they were coming from next door. I think he had a one year warranty.

The city wouldn't come out because it wasn't an emergency (which it really was, considering it was sick), and they came out that afternoon. We've used them ever since. Mark is the owner and always comes out to spray our place, and is always very professional and courteous.
