Yoga Instructor referrals in Marietta, GA from Sep 15, 2014
Ashley W. asked:
Yoga resource wanted: I just returned from a Wellness Resort in AZ and loved the evening yoga/meditations/stretching. I'd like to duplicate that quiet, zen-like state in Marietta. Suggestions for a small yoga studio in the Square area?

Hi Ashley, I am the owner of Sacred Garden Yoga. We are a smaller sized studio with a super sized emphasis on the heart of yoga, in that it so much more than just the physical movements. We also put a WHOLE LOT of lovin' in the space itself so that you feel safe and supported in doing the work that you need to do. Visit our website at www.sacredgardenyoga.com and feel free to PM me if you like. Good luck with your search!! And thanks to the rest of you for your kind words!

Love yoga! Will check Sacred Garden out sometime. I do yoga at our gym at work now. Any chance anyone does outdoor classes when the weather's nice?? Always wanted to do that.
Cindy O. answered:
We go to Lewis Park, which is a block from the studio, from time to time. Sep 23 rd is the Fall Equinox so, if weather permits, we will offer our 10 AM class there for FREE that day:)
Janet W. answered:
I work during the week but will check with you later. Good to know! Outside would be great. Do you ever do outside on the weekends?

I've looked at several places around the square and they have all been pretty expensive. If anyone knows a cheap-ish place, please mention that, too! Sorry to piggyback off your post, Ashley!!:)
