Brea M. asked:
Need a contractor/handy man that is willing to do grunt work & spend a few hours in a dark crawlspace fixing liner, checking for issues, etc etc etc to seal out a mouse that's trying to get in. Needs to be honest, reliable, willing to do small dirty jobs, & not afraid of a crawlspace or anything living it in. :) thanks
Sean M. answered:
I am an owner of Activ Pest Solutions and Activ Crawlspace Systems. We would be happy to take a look at addressing both of your issues. 302-645-1502, www.activpestsolutions.com

Thanks Sean Mcmahon, I already called Activ & had a consultation this morning. This was the recommendation from your guy (due to my requirements). I will definitely recommend Activ though, fast & professional.

Brea M. answered:
Thanks everyone, I'll make some calls probably tomorrow. Jon fyi don't ever say ma'am unless you know for a fact the woman is reeeeeeeally old or that alone might make her not call you. Hahaha tongue emoticon
Libby S. answered:
Brea, Jon was raised to say ma'am.
Brea M. answered:
Libby, it was a joke. Women like me who can't accept their age hate the change from "Miss" to "ma'am". Jokes people. I've got lots.
Rob F. answered:
Brea Millman, he even calls me ma'am! But they're the guys for the job
